Course Description
This 40-minute class gives you simple, practical information on how to use essential oils to support healthy neurological development in children, in a way that is both safe and effective. It also discusses the importance of digestive and immune health, as well as underlying nutritional support. For those who are new to essential oils, Dr. Nicola provides basic information including how to choose the highest quality essential oils, and the three different ways to use essential oils safely and effectively.

Nicola Ducharme is a Naturopathic Doctor who has been committed to helping people achieve better health for the past 20 years. Having trained as a naturopath in her home country of Australia, she went on to get her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the prestigious Bastyr University in Seattle, moving to San Diego in 2003 to start her private practice. As founder and medical director of RestorMedicine, she specializes in working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with chronic Lyme disease. Dr. Nicola has written four books on the subject of Lyme disease - The Lyme Diet, The Beginners Guide to Lyme Disease, Lyme Disease in Australia and Lyme Brain, and has been featured as a Lyme expert in Connie Strasheim's books on Lyme disease. She loves to write health and nutrition-related articles on her blog, The Naturopathic Mama.Dr. Nicola is driven to help people find and understand the underlying cause of their health issues, rather than just addressing the symptoms.
